The F-4 was first built with the designation of F4H-1 for
the Navy. This is the first one built and this is it's first
flight on 27 May 1958 by chief test pilot
Robert C. Little.

designation of F-110A. 27 Navy F-4B's were originally
loaned to the Air Force.
